(Duryodhana continues telling to Guru Dronacharya) As a custom I will mention the names of some of the captains in our army. You ought to know the privileged warriors on our side.

There are other brave-hearts, who are adept at the art of war and competent in wielding various weapons, who have given up their love on their lives to fight on my behalf.

Our army protected by Bheeshma is infinite, (whereas), the army led by Bheema seems finite.

Let our army be arranged as per the strategy decided. All of you engage in protecting Bheeshma.

Abstract:
In the previous Shlokas, Duryodhana mentioned few of the great warriors of Pandavas' army. Next, he stresses to Guru Dronacharya that his army is no less. He mentions few of the warriors on his side. Deep down, Duryodhana doubts the loyalty of the two great warriors in his army - Bheeshma and Dronacharya. He knows that both of them love Pandavas more, but they are fighting against them as they are obliged to fight for the king they serve. By talking to Dronacharya, before the start of the war, Duryodhana wants to emphasize the fact that he has high hopes in him. Also, he says that Bheeshma, who is the official captain of their army needs to be protected at all costs. By doing so, he is also trying to please Bheeshma and put him under more obligation towards the faith that is put in him by Duryodhana.
